By installing or using CS2Oracle ("the app", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
CS2Oracle generates AI-driven probabilistic forecasts for Counter-Strike 2 esports matches. The forecasts are produced by large language models analysing public match data and bookmaker odds. They are presented for informational and entertainment purposes only.
The app does NOT facilitate gambling, betting, or any real-money wagering. The predictions, confidence scores, "LOCK" labels, edge metrics, and any other content displayed are speculative and probabilistic. They are not financial advice, betting tips, or guaranteed outcomes.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Access to predictions requires an auto-renewable subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. All billing, renewal, refund, and cancellation flows are handled exclusively by Apple under its standard terms. We have no access to your payment instrument and cannot directly issue refunds.
A 7-day free trial is offered to first-time subscribers, automatically converting to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Manage or cancel your subscription via App Store → Account → Subscriptions.

All app code, branding, prediction text, UI design, and underlying systems are owned by us or our licensors. Esports team names, logos, and trademarks are property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification purposes only. No endorsement is implied.
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT PREDICTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE.
We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of match data, notifications, or AI generation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY MONEY YOU MAY LOSE FROM PLACING BETS BASED ON OUR PREDICTIONS ON ANY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice for any conduct that, in our reasonable judgement, violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect on the date posted in "Last updated" above. Continued use of the app after a revision constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
